Alice Wilcox, Physiotherapist

Living in London in 2006, I stumbled into an Ashtanga yoga class. Building a yoga practice over the following years developed my interest in the therapeutic benefits of exercise. On returning to Australia I moved to northern New South Wales to study a Bachelor of Clinical Science at Southern Cross University. I graduated from La Trobe University, Melbourne with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy Practice in 2014

Since graduation I have trained and worked in major Victorian public health services and in the private sector. I have a particular interest in conservative management of musculoskeletal disorders (neck, back and shoulder problems), rehabilitation following orthopaedic surgery, and pain. I have completed specialist training in the physiotherapy management of vestibular (balance) conditions, I am a clinical Pilates teacher and I have experience teaching and designing aquatic physiotherapy programs
